Tammy Lanier Burt Curren, age 41, passed away October 10th, 2002 at DCH Regional Medical Center of Leukemia. Burial is at Memory Hill Gardens.
Survivors include her husband, Pete D Curren Jr., daughter, Heather Burt, Son, Derek Burt, Father, John T. Lanier, Sr., Mother and Step father, Reba and Cliff Sanspree, sister, Annette D. Pruett, Brother, John T. Lanier, Jr., aunt, Becky McDaniel.
Pallbearers were Ted Roberts, Joe Phares, Cecil Strickland, Bryant Green, Dave Bolin and David Seale.

Tammy and I were really close friends since Jr. High. I remember the first day, she came into class it was Ms. Porter's, English Class. She was a dear friend,and one that no matter how much time went by between us, we could always pick up where we had left off. I miss her alot. She loved her children, and was a great mom!
