Hey guys,

If anyone in the Bham area wants to come out to Regions Park (Hoover) for the holiday fireworks (July 3 this year, because the Barons are out of town on the 4th), Discovery Methodist Church (on the right, just before you get to the ballpark) is having a music & homemade ice cream thing.  The church realized that they usually have a full parking lot of people parking there to see the fireworks, and they decided to offer something to the folks who are there.

The band for the live music includes me and all the other BeatLads, plus a couple of other people.  We'll be playing classic rock, though (Skynyrd, Doors, Deep Purple, Tom Petty, etc.), and some contemporary Christian stuff.
